I already knew that I could buy a new program from quicken. In thepast Quicken would offer a download service to regular customers. Or I thought you might have a way of getting this data via the computer. I will know better in the future. Quicken is not interested in service for the customer.

Hell Fred

The link I gave IS a download service. So I am not sure what the issue is an why you rated me so bad?

Can you please let me know why you felt MY Service (you are rating me) was so bad please?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I think that Quicken should have a service to download this info without paying $18.00 for your "technical" answer. This is just another case of big business greed.

Expert:  Richard replied 4 years ago.
I am not Quicken, nor have anything to do with them Fred.

We are a technical helpdesk assisting people with a range of problems.

But if you do not wish to compensate me for the time, that is up to you.

If you need anything else, please let me know.

Thank you

Richard
