Well my 9 year old chihuahua seems to have trouble defecating sometimes. She appears to strain and hunch her back and nothing will happen. Other times she defecates without incident and occasionally there will be some bright red blood. She doesn't seem to have pain or diminished appetite or lethargy. Her behavior is completely normal.

As an heir to the property, she has the same rights to the property as you. The fact she is going back to prison is not relevant...that would not take away her rights to inherit. This is the part of my job I don't like...when the law is not in favor of my customer. THank you for your patience. That law (the TX law that requires you wait 30 days to remarry after divorce) can not be waived. So you can not remarry in TX.You could remarry...just head to another state (NM, OK, LA, CO, or really any state) and you can remarry...and that marriage Valid in TX.HOWEVER, that is not a good idea.THe reason that TX has the 30 day rule is that under TX law, either side can appeal the divorce within the 30 day period following the entry of decree. During this time, either party to the divorce can appeal the divorce decree and the divorce will be “reopened”.SO if you remarried? And the divorce was appealed and reopened? Then you are in a situation where the second marriage would be void (since you can only be married to one person at a time). Bottom line: you can remarry in a different state within that 30 day window...but that is not a good ideaPlease let me know if you have more questions. I am happy to help if I can. Sorry for the delay. I just ask that if it is bad news that you not shoot the messenger. Shooting the messenger is either leaving a negative rating (usually reserved for rude or unprofessional experts) or not leaving a positive rating at all. Luckily, it is good news. A DV lottery application is not considered evidence of immigrant intent. So it should not have an adverse effect. HOWEVER, if you win the DV lottery and your J-1 is subject to 212(e), then that is bad news. You will either have to go home for 2 years and that means you would miss out on the opportunity for a green card through the lottery that year and you would have to try again in the future and hope you are chosen, or you would have to apply for a waiver of the 212(e) requirement and hope you are approved. Tootise, dogs name just had a seizure. This is the 1st one that I know of. What should I do for her tonight? I will be taking her to my vet tomorrow.

First please make sure you are in a room with little to no lighting nor noises which can stimulate further seizuresPlease monitor closely overnight for any further seizures as dogs can have what are called cluster seizures or many seizures within a 24 hour period and if this is the case then she needs to get to a veterinary er tonight. Also videotaping an episode will be helpful to your veterinarian if/ when it occurs along with the severity (did we lose urine/ bowel for example), the length it lasted, and how long the post ictal or post seizure period lasts and what does Tooties do during this periodI hope this helps guide your direction tonight, primarily keeping her quiet and limit her stimulation as much as possible until you are able to contact your veterinarian in the morning If you have more questions or if I can help in any other way, please do not hesitate to ask! Unfortunately, the issues you are experiencing are symptomatic of an internal hardware defect, meaning a faulty power supply or main/control board, though there are many possible failure points. This issue could be a manufacturing defect, but is also often caused by a power event (shock/surge, prolonged over/under voltage condition, etc).This could also be the result of age related wear and tear; as a 2012 model tv, that type of failure wouldn’t be surprising. This tv is exactly at the end of its service life at this point. There is one step you can take here, both as a possible fix, as well as a diagnostic evaluation:1) Unplug the power cord from the outlet2) Wait at least 1 hour (60+ Minutes)3) Press and hold the power button (on the set, not the remote) for 60 seconds4) Keep holding power button while plugging back in, and for another 60 seconds after. When plugging back in, go directly to the wall outlet, bypassing any power strips or surge protectors. If this reset process does not work, it would unfortunately confirm an internal hardware failure. This is something that would require repairs to correct; if you're thinking about a do it yourself repair, you'll need to be comfortable and skilled with electronics repairs, which could include dismantling the set (removing the back panel of the tv), diagnostics testing with a multimeter, changing out boards as needed, and possibly desoldering/removing and soldering/replacing individual components. If you’re considering repair at a local shop, you’ll find a typical repair to be around $300 for diagnostics, parts, and labor. For a tv of this size/age however, replacement will make more sense. You can get a brand new LED tv with a fresh warranty in the same $300 range. I can help you with finding parts, finding a repair shop, or recommending replacement options, if desired. I live in San Diego, CA and currently in the middle of a divorce. I Inherited a 2013 Honda civic from my mom at the end of 2014 which was still under payment and still is today. I have made payments for it since then but can no longer afford it. My ex has kept the car and wants the car as part of the divorce settlement. I spoke with Honda rep and was advised that i could surrender the car since its not mine to give away if payments are not completed. Whether it is voluntary or involuntary...it doesn't matter... you aren't on the loan so whether you turn it in or they repo it, it doesn't affect you at all. You are just making Honda's job easier if you go get it and turn it in...But the police won't get involved since this isn't a criminal action.. .it is strictly civil..And you can just quietly retake possession of the car if you wanted to do so to help Honda out.....thanksBarrister

Thank you for the additional information. Since this is such as large picture as I was not aware of this in the beginning that I would agree with you not having something like that hung in your home. It would be uncomfortable to have such a picture that does not include you in your home. While not knowing what your husband thinks of the picture that talking with him and letting know your discomfort with having such a large picture in your home would allow if to be put away in storage or someplace not seen. Letting your husband know your thoughts and talking about it will help in not causing any misunderstanding toward this large picture.I hope that this follow-up answers any of your thoughts on the matter and that a change in rating might occur from positive to negative.Take care,Michael
