That way, if there's an issue with unemployment, you can at least establish that there was a theft of the files and that you reported it. It's not just a "I guess it was lost" or something like that but rather you suspect that it was taken by someone. Now you should be clear to only tell them facts, and not make any specific accusations that you can't back up. Certainly don't tell anyone else that she took it, etc... (as that could lead to a defamation claim). Also, you should try to reconstruct the file as best as possible. Try to get statements from the other employees about the situations and other factors behind her termination, so that you can present those to the unemployment board as well. 2006 DODGE DURANGO LIMITED 5.7 HEMI BOUGHT FROM A OLD LADY IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR ALMOST A YEAR ON THE WAY HOME FROM BUYING IT IT STARTED SMOKING OUT THE TAILPIPE VERY BAD SO i STOPPED GOT A OIL CHANGE WENT TO AUTO ZONE GOT SOME NO SMOKE STARTED ON MY WAY HOME AGAIN THIS TIME SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD PULLED OVER TO REALIZE I DIDNT PUT THE OIL CAP ON TIGHT OIL ALL OVER MOTOR. So took it home let it sit then drove to advance which is near my house and had it put on the machine only codes where for multiple misfiring. Started it this morning before work still smoking need help

From the sounds of things it is likely still burning the oil off from the oil being all over the engine. For the misfire codes, it's likely a problem with the ignition coils on the affected cylinders. I would try replacing the coils and check the spark plugs on those cylinders. As for smoke coming out of the tail pipe, if that problem is no longer happening then it's possible the issue was just from sitting. But the misfires are usually bad coils. It really sounds like the smoke is still just oil burning off. Humax HDR 3000T Twin Tune Quad Recorder - "This function does not work while retrieving data for time shift buffer. Try again in a few seconds". Message comes up when attempting fwd or rewind on live TV. Recording sometimes not working. Have reinstalled from scratch.

Low oil pressure? 2011 F150. Just started this morning. Sitting idle at stop gauge drops to 0 and warning message comes on. Soon as you press the gas (any increase in RPM) the gauge goes back to normal. Sitting in driveway in park or neutral all is fine, put it in gear, and gauge goes to 0. Checked oil level and is fine. Not quite time for oil change. Anyone experience this? Seems odd that even the slightest increase in rpm brings it back to normal range (and not just barely in the normal range, but the middle of normal where is usually operates)

You wouldn't have much, if any, tax implications. The IRS allows for a step-up tax basis for life estates. Once the final life tenant passed away, upon filing the death certificate, title would pass to the remainderman with a “step-up in tax basis,” which means that upon sale of the house the capital gains tax would be significantly lower. If the property was bought for $100,000 but worth $200,000 at time of life estate tenant’s death and it sold for $205,000, capital gains taxes are only paid on the $5,000 excess after the "step up." So in your situation, even though it was purchased for $10,000 in 1981, the actual capital gain that is going to be subject to tax is the difference between the amount that it is sold for and the amount it was worth when your mother died. So if it was worth $65,000, and you sell it for $68,000, the gain is $3,000. Now of course the problem is getting an idea of how much it was worth when your mother passed. That's where you're going to need to get an independent appraiser to make that determination should the IRS challenge your valuation. But as a practical matter, if the sale happens within a year after death, the amount received in the sale will be deemed to be the value at death (because values don't really change that much). The display control board is what controls the fan. It uses the temperature input of the temp sensor inside the oven as well. Remove the 3-6" long oven sensor mounted inside the oven to the back wall with 2 screws. Test resistance through the sensor and it should be around 1080 ohms at room temperature. If not, replace the sensor. If it way out of range (more than 10%) then replace the sensor. Other than that, replace the display board which is part number 316577016. I have a customer with a 1998 tahoe 5.7. And it is having a fuel delivery issue. It will run fine for a bit then it will start to bog down and not accelerate seems to backfire if you really give it throttle, just like the fuel pump is bad. I scanned for codes and no codes. I put a pressure gauge on it and the pressures are within spec, until it acts up. Once it acts up the pressure drops to about 52 psi and stays there, no matter how much throttle you give it. Here's the weird thing, It will act up a couple times, then it will drive fine for a bit, then it will act up again, and so on and so forth. I'm wondering if we have a pressure regulator issue, and not a fuel pump issue, I know these vortec's are very touchy when it comes to their fuel pressure, I'm wondering if there is a suitable way to isolate the regulator, therefore letting me do the proper diag whether its the pump, or the regulator, Personally, I'm leaning towards the pump, but I'd like to be 100% sure.
Any information would be appreciated

Thanks for info, this most likely means fuel pump is problem as pressure regulator wouldn't be intermittent. Since problem is intermittent it would be hard to test to be 100% sure but I'd feel safe replacing the pump. I'd go ahead and replace the filter first then if problem still exists replace the pump. To know for sure you could check pressure at filter during problem, if good at filter but low under hood this would mean regulator. If low at filter this would mean the pump is problem. But I'm assuming it runs better when cold so pressure might test out fine by the time you were able to test at filter which is why I'd just replace the pump.
