Phoenix AZ: I am leasing a truck that I took to the mechanics to be repaired on 8/25, when I called to see what was wrong with the vehicle I was told that the dealer had come to pick it up. I called the dealer to find out what was going on and was told that the truck would cost more to repair than whats its worth and that they would not be repairing it. The mechanical issues have been on going and their mechanic had attempted to fix the issue numerous times. I also have a warranty that the repairs would have fallen under where they would be the responsible party for the repairs at their cost. My issue is this, they took the car back in their possession without discussing it with me or notifying me that I would be without a car or an option to have it repaired on my own and when I speak with them they give me the run around. They told me they would give me back my deposit of 600.00 but that they had 14 days from the time it got to accounting which started 9/8 to get that together. None of this is stated in the contract that they can just take the truck back for this reason or that they had two weeks to return funds. There is minimal communication between us . I call everyday and am transferred to various voicemail boxes but no definitive responses or call backs from them. The dealership lot is closed and they are doing business out of an office for payments and such but they are no longer dealing in cars. I'm just wondering what my recourse is if they continue to give me the run around. They also collected a car note while the car was in their possession after they had decided to not repair it.

Thank you very much for your patience. In my opinion, I believe that your matters are complex enough to warrant hiring a local consumer protection attorney. When you speak with him or her, you could tell them that this appears to be a classic breach of contract. The reason is because unless it was stated in the contract, they had no right to repossess the vehicle without your authorization. For your own knowledge, A breach of contract just simply means that one party was obligated to perform and they have either have not performed or have said that they will not perform. Typically, the aggrieved party is entitled to be returned to the same position they were in before the breach. This means that you may be able to bring a suit for all of the time that you have been without a car. You could also argue that they failed to act in good faith or in fair dealing, which is implied in every contract under the Uniform Commercial Code. There’s a site that I’ve used in the past where you can find a good template for advising of a breach of contract (click here). It's a bit easier (and cheaper) than going through litigation and I have seen it be effective in the past. If this doesn’t work, sadly, the only other option is to either go through an informal mediation or file a lawsuit in your local court. Hi. My blood pressure varies alot in both of my arms. Sometimes it's higher in both arms i.e. 140/100. Has never been higher than that. Sometimes its normal in both arms. At other times it is higher in my left arm and at other times it is higher in my right arm. The difference is usually upto 10-20 mm hg for both systolic and diastolic. I had an echo and also had cholesterol etc checked out but all are normal. Never had any symptoms. I'm 24 years old and weigh about 102 kg. What to do?

Customer: Yes my grandfather had coronary artery blockage. He was hypertensive. Grandma too as well as my mother and uncle.

Customer: I use mebverine hcl 2 or 3 times a day for ibs. No medical history other than that. I had sudden onset of profuse sweating, increased thirst and frequent urination. That lasted about a week. But i dont have those symptoms now.

Hi Pearl. My 2008 Chrysler 300 made really bad rattling noises in the front, mainly when I hit small cracks/bumps in the road. A mechanic changed the struts and it was quiet for a day then the noise started again and seemed to sound in the back too. I took it to the dealer and they said the caliper pins and tension rods needed replacement. Does that sound right to you? They also said the struts that were installed will make noise too because they were after market.
JA: Where exactly do you think the noise is coming from? And how long has this been going on?
Customer: It's coming from the front mainly -- along the whole front end. The car has 109,000 miles. I've been having trouble with this for over a year. I had the brakes done in June of 2016 because my son was going to school in Indiana (I'm in Louisiana) and I tried to get the car in shape before he left. He said there was a very slight noise during the 7 months he had it. I can't stand hearing noise so it seemed really loud to me, but more so in the last 4 months.
JA: Are you fixing your 300 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, I know nothing about cars. The front struts were replaced but they're after market ones so the dealer said they make a slight noise along with the right and left front tension rods.

Th bolts are chrome plated, they can get rust pits in them and then they don't slide like they should in the caliper. So forth would be stripped heads or bad threads on them :)
