How to avoid diabetic?Good morning I’m a so far very healthy man at my 36 , I never smoked before I never drink before , but I know there is always a chance to get diabetic because I have a bad eating habit for the last 2 years .. I drink at least one coffee a day with 5 creams (no sugar ) and also sometimes I go crazy and get one ice cream and one monster energy drink plus coffee because I really have to otherwise I won’t be able to finish my shift as a long-distance truck driver 12 hours a day .So my question is since I got to have that sugar intake anyways is there any way to clean all that sugar by drinking lots of water right away after?This was my personal theory that’s why I wanna know if the believe I developed is actually legit.I believe that if I drink for example 3 bottle of water after each ice cream that water will wash away the sugar.Do you think that plan works? Or sugar stays in and damage body no matter what?

I accidentally got some Hibiclens on my top lip and right above it . I washed the area with cold water and rub a towel over my lip dry is there anything else I should do ? Will I be ok? It’s nit really ment for the face

I can't get into my email account to see my email. I've successfully changed my password, I can access my husband's yahoo account, but I can't get to my emails. It's told me there is a technical issue 15. Please resolve - I urgently need to be able to access my emails.

I'm working as a contractor on W2. My employer offered health insurance but is really bad. So I chose my own and paid the premium from my after tax salary. It's $1500 per month. Can I deduct the total amount from my taxable income?
