My lease states amble parking. The city allowed 1 1/2 parking spaces per unit, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. We were not assigned a space to park. They said first come first serve. This means there are times I have to park 2 buildings away. 244 apartments and 345 parking spaces. I gave my notice to vacate June 1, 2018. My lease states to June 15. Due to parking issues I feel unsafe walking from 2 buildings away to my apartment. At times I had to park in front of office.

Customer: I have not filed any papers. I have documented many times I have talked with management. At one time I called the owner, he told manager to give every apartment a marked space. They did give me a marked place. Within 2 weeks the manager had them all painted over because people with three cars complained. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and 1 car.

Customer: I was not the only complaint. Many have moved out due to parking. I just want to move June 1. This is only two years old. Many things they promised did not happen. I pay $1398.00 per month. They just raised the rent $200.00 more per month. Way to high for this area.

I am entitled to 10% of an estate and it's in the form of a house which will be sold. The Lawyer who did I the probate informed me that the proceeds of the house will be given to the executor who has to open an estate account and disperse funds. I don't trust the executor of the estate and would like to know how I can protect my 10%

Customer: I have a copy of the will and some correspondent from the Lawyer representing the Estate. I understand the house will be listed shortly and as mentioned I need to make sure I'm not short changed at time of dispersement. I thought the Lawyer would do,the dispersement.

Customer: The rest of the beneficiaries live in New Jersey including the Executor but the Lawyer is local. I was originally promised by the family that they would give up 10% of their inheritance as my step mother changed the will after my father died and gave 90% to her family and 10% to me and they all agreed it was unfair. About a month ago I got a letter from the Lawyer informing me they have changed their minds and I am only getting what the will stated. That's my concern the lack of integrity on their part.

I would like to find out if I have a valid reason to file a discrimination lawsuit against a corporation.

Customer: None really. I waited a week to see if one of the managers or regional managers would call me and apologize for what happened but they didn't. Now I'm looking to file a discrimination lawsuit against them.

Dr. Chip,I am worried that since my creatinine was 1.05, my oncologist is going to order a urine test--for creatinine clearance. He worries about the creatinine, because you have to reduce the zometa dose is the creatinine is raised--zometa is cleared heavily by the kidneys and is bad for them.ANYWAY, I was afraid that when I take the creatinine clearance test they will see high calcium in the urine, and that will show bone cancer. But now I've found out that since my blood calcium is normal, it is unlikely that the urine calcium would be raised.BUT--I've found something else. They can order peptide screenings. And those can show breast cancer. Specifically the ALPHA CTX test is very sensitive in finding breast cancer that has gone to the bone. Do you think I would have pain BEFORE that turned out positive? Hoping so.

My child's father is behind on child support by over 1,000$ dollars, how do i go about the process to take him to court?

Customer: Previous papers have been filed stating what his child support is, but no reports that he is behind. I am not sure how to start that process

Customer: I fear retaliation by the father. I'm not sure what steps to take for that as well.

My final divorce order states my child support and that I will pay until my child reaches 18 or graduates. My ex wife requested a modification in the support only, when I received the final order it now reads the child support is now until 18 or graduation or up to 2 years if enrolled in a secondary or vocational school. Can the judge change this even if there was no request for the length of time , only for the amount to pay?

Customer: I just received the final order for the modification. But it was never discussed at the hearing about extending the support to age 20.

Customer: Can this be appealed and what are the chances of over turning this order. Again, the original divorce papers say until 18 or high school graduation.
