We do not have any books... I am doing my experiment now.

ok... Regular sugar has started crystallizing. Same as brown sugar and regular sugar with food color. Equal has not crystallized yet.

Hi DXJ! I redid the experiment, because somehow sugar did not started crystallizing. So if it is not going to crystallize again, we might have to find why, what was the problem. I will keep you updated. Thank you.

Customer: I am not sure what exactly is a problem... It barely crystallizes... On a top of a glass it did crystallized,looks like an ice cover, but the thread crystallized just on a regular sugar a little.

Customer: Do you think we can just make it up? I mean the results... Like how it was supposed to be? Or just write it the research based on the assumptions what can result the mistake?

I'm not sure. Keep me posted and we'll figure it out. OK?

Customer: Regular sugar crystallized more, so did regular sugar with food coloring... It is hard to see if brown sugar crystallized. Nothing happened to equal...

Customer: Ok... The results... Regular sugar is 4.4 oz and regular sugar with food coloring is 7.1... Brown sugar barely crystallized. Equal did not crystallize at all... Let me know what you can do.
