Hi! Is there any other resource for this? Did you do this experiment?
We do not have any books... I am doing my experiment now.
OK. Could you send me your results and just your notes on that as you go along?
ok... Regular sugar has started crystallizing. Same as brown sugar and regular sugar with food color. Equal has not crystallized yet.
ok, just keep me posted because it seems we have quantify or chart results. If you help with that part, I can help! DXJ
It might help you a little...
it is def not my project, but the result should be the same.
Hi DXJ! I redid the experiment, because somehow sugar did not started crystallizing. So if it is not going to crystallize again, we might have to find why, what was the problem. I will keep you updated. Thank you.
Thanks for the update!
Thank you for your patience.
Thank you! I appreciate you!
:-) I don't know!
I'm not sure. Keep me posted and we'll figure it out. OK?
:-) Sounds like something is working!
Hi! I will work on this later this afternoon. Somehow we'll get it done:-) Thanks so much! DXJ
You're welcome! DXJ
Hi! Your answers are here
Hope this helps!
Hi DJX. If it is possible, could you add 2-3 more bibliography sources, please? Thank you. we still have time.
ok, I'll paste them here and you put them in, ok?
give me a few minutes.............
yes, i just have to find them
Here is one:
Belitz, H.-D., Grosch, W., & Schieberle, P. (2009). Food Chemistry. (Food chemistry.) Berlin, Heidelberg: Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
Did you get this all right?
I added the other two sources.
Glad I could help!
Thanks so much!
