The room where our wedding going to take place is going to have several narrow tables going down the middle of the room, basically "splitting" the room in half. I'm planing to cover those with beautful table clothes. It's going to be quite long, any advice regarding centerpeices? there's not going to be food on these tables. What's the best way to make it beautiful?
Hi,if You don't want to highlight the "splitting" effect of the tables, I propose to use long-shaped, but small height floral centerpieces of any type of flowers You like. They can have items hanging down from the centerpieces (ribbons, ivy, etc.). Or You can use one of the tables as candy-buffet, chocolate-buffet or chocolate fountain table (to make it useful). You can put Your wedding guest book, fingerprint tree or similar funny stuffs.
Experience: I'm a wedding planner since 2007 and I happily answer to Your questions.
for reasons I cannot get into, I'm not able touse these tables for any kind of food, that's why I find it challanging. Considering that, would you suggest floral pieces to be all the same height or not? Also, would it be best if they match, or could they be different types?
Hi,I suggest to use same height centerpieces, but they can be different type (however I think, same type looks better). I'd use low height ones.E.g.:https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-57jxoXAfeUo/Tm3bHtu7bmI/AAAAAAAALo0/pkFCFhGPUek/s512/IMG_3888.jpg http://cache.elizabethannedesigns.com/bl og/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Low-Centerpieces-Estate-Seating-500x333.jpghttp://www.mayweddingflowers.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/pink-centerpieces1.jpghttp://www.weddingandpartynetwork.com/gallery/photos/1470
