Is it correct for the Groom's Father to write a "thank you" letter to the bride's mother after the wedding?
Hello Jessica,What is he thanking her for?Chase
Dear Chase, well he is thanking her for putting on the wedding
Well he is supposed to be thanking her for putting on the wedding according to his son!
Hello Jessica,It would certainly be a nice gesture on his part, and would go far in starting to develop their in-law relationship. He could send a not and say how happy he is to welcome her daughter into his family, and how he looks forward to getting to know all of them better, and thank you for everything she's done for the kids, and how beautiful the wedding was. He can then invite her/them to have lunch or dinner if he likes, and they live close enough.Chase
