P1582 VOLKSWAGEN - Idle Speed Adaptation Limit Reached Possible causes - Intake/exhaust leak - AIR system - Fuel pressure/pump - Fuel injector(s) - EVAP canister purge valve

P1216 VOLKSWAGEN - Injector Circuit Cylinder 4 Short To Positive Possible causes - Faulty Fuel Injector - Fuel Injector harness is open or shorted - Fuel Injector circuit poor electrical connection

P0304 VOLKSWAGEN - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected Possible causes - Faulty spark plug 4 - Clogged or faulty fuel injector 4 - Faulty ignition coil 4 - Fuel injector 4 harness is open or shorted - Fuel injector 4 circuit poor electrical connection - Ignition coil 4 harness is open or shorted - Ignition coil 4 circuit poor electrical connection - Insufficient cylinder 4 compression - Incorrect fuel pressure - Intake air leak

first thing to do is put a noid light on the connector for the #4 fuel injector then crank the engine to see if the light flashes, if it does then Replace the #4 fuel injector
