I need to find a lost radio PIN code
JA: Have you tried to reset this by disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes?
Customer: disconnecting the battery is what has caused me to need to input the pin number
JA: What is the model/year of your VW?
Customer: 2010 vw jetta 2.0 wolfsberg
JA: Are you fixing your Jetta yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The battery was replaced, i have lost the pin code for the radio and need to know how to retrieve it
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i assume he would need the radio Serial number -- vwz4z7m3261191
