JA: The VW Mechanic's require payment for their services. It's way less expensive on JustAnswer than face-to-face would cost.

Customer: What if I pay you 20 bucks an hour to ask questions and I stop when I feel I have what I need? if not I waste my time give you info like my 2005 VW TDI Wagon with a Hater Fan or Switch problem that has many causatives and likely not to get a clear answer first go so 2005 Jeta Wagon TDI
JA: PayPal, Debitcard or credit card are all fine. Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes pulled glove box down. exposed fan speed resistor, checked that, fine. checked fuse fine. motor has two/thre cables coming in.. not sure is one is stator winding power, and the other rotor winding power, but at least one has power proper to power a fan. fan does not turn when swich is in any speed position, but I get 12 V solid on the two wider jack on the motor fan housing under dashboard. so how much for advice?
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?

with the way the vehicle performs, specialized tooling is required to acquire computer
data/information or engine testing results. We didn’t build these complicated vehicles; we
just diagnose and fix them. Also understand that I can't see, smell, hear, or touch the
vehicle either, so it may take a few replies to get to satisfactory results. Note there may be an issue where the complexity of the issue will require a Premium Service. This service will be an addition to the normal question cost. Usually it does not come down to this but keep in mind!!
