Hi im kevin what scan tool are you using ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
i am using obd 2 pocket scan cp9125
Expert:  Kevin replied 1 month ago.

Unfortunatly your scan tool isn't capable of carrying out reset functions . You could clear code and disconnect battery for an hour this forces car to relearn throttle on restart
