hi i am smelling fuel smell from front and left side touareg 2005
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: i notice from two days its taking some seconds to start and even battery sign is taking time to show
JA: Are you fixing your Touareg yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: nothing i want to fix
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: and on 40-50 KM speed it vibrates a little

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. I'm Ron and I will be helping you today.

The fuel smell can be from a leaky injector externally, and fuel line leaking to or from the fuel rail where the injectors are housed or an EVAP hose cracked or disconnected from the purge valve.

So look under the hood real close for any of these issues and get back to me if needed.

As for the vibration, that could be tire balance.
