I have a 2010 VW cc with the 2.0t TSI engine and after

I have a 2010 VW cc with the 2.0t TSI engine and after driving for a about 15 mins there is a loud squealing noise similar to a belt squeal. its not a belt squeal, I removed the belt and started the car and the noise was still present. if the car sits and cools down the noise goes away.
