I received a fault code 17749 Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) / Engine Speed Sensor (G28) P1340-001 Incor. Correlation
I replaced the Camshaft Position sensors and the fault code still appears

Hi there.P1341/17749 Ignition Coil Power Output Stage 1 Short to GroundThat code usually comes up when ignition coil/power stage assembly #1 fails and shorts to ground. A new OEM coil should take care of this issue. Be careful with the wiring connector as it can get brittle and break very easily (VW recommends using puller T10095A and assembly tool T10118).Also, VW had a recall out for problems with ignition coils, which means you might your vehicle repaired for free.
