Have you replaced any parts recently? This fault could be due to the keys not being matched to the immobilizer, or the ECM not being matched, or it could be that your reader coil (at the lock cylinder) is not reading the key correctly, or the wiring between the reader coil and the cluster, or between the cluster and the ECM is damaged. It's best if you have a factory scan tool or an emulator like Ross-Tech VAG-COM in order to be able to read value blocks in the cluster and ECM to see if they are communicating, and if the immobilizer is reading the coil at the ignition.
