Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.Any time these warning light come on this usually means the computer is seeing a problem. In order to be able to to try and determine the cause the first thing you need to do is to have the computer system scanned and the codes retrieved. If you can get this scan done and post back with the results, I will try and help you determine the cause. Let me know and we can work from there.
What happens if you do a system reboot, try disconnecting both battery cables and touching them together for a few seconds and then reconnect them and see if the problem clears.
Touching them will allow the computer and all the module to reboot. Give it a try.
Normal battery voltage on a fully charged batter should read right at what you getting, you should be fine at 12.9 volts.
It possiable you may have damaged the relay, do you have another know good one you can replace it with to check it?
I am not seeing any relays that control the instrument cluster. See the wiring diagram in the link below, copy and paste the link to your browser to open and view it.https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/104923897/Instrument%20cluster%20wiring%20Nov%2016.pdf
