Im putting a 2000 vw beetle rear view mirror into my

Customer Question

Im putting a 2000 vw beetle rear view mirror into my streetrod and would like the outside ambient temperature display to work. I know I'll need the sensor as well. I have already powed the clock and there are 3 remaining wires blu/wh blu/gr blu/blk.
How do power and connect it to the sensor

The grey with blue tracer is a wire that is used for illumination

The blue with black and a BROWN with white simply run through the outside ambient temp sensor. The blue with white should run to the instrument cluster. It looks like, judging by the reference number of the circuit (A27) that it is related to the vehicle speed sensor, but I can't imagine what it needs this for.
