Inspect and see if there are any vacuum leaks on the engine that may be causing this fault here.In allot of cases this type of fault here can be caused by a vacuum leak with the leak needing located and repaired to correct this fault. If this is or was already checked for and no leaks were found let me know so we can continue.

If more help is needed, use the reply tab to continue our conversation. If no further assistance is needed, kindly rate my service. You can rate at any time and we can continue to work on your question as this will not close out your question.Keep in mind in some cases it can be difficult to fully diagnose or help repair your vehicle without seeing it and I work on delivering the best possible answer from what I see to work with. Thanks Pete.

A massive vacuum leak would still have throttle. This car has no leaks, idles fine as long as the brake pedal or emergency brake or recirculation button is on

Are there any fault codes set with this issue here and if there are what are the fault codes and their numbers?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
P1639 - P1634 - P0116 - These are the codes we have.
Expert:  peterpete190 replied 1 year ago.

O.k.,code P0116 indicates a fault with the engine coolant temp sensor itself. In most cases this code can set due to a faulty engine coolant temp sensor needing replaced or most common the thermostat opening to soon. This would need checked into further to locate and correct the fault here.

Code P1634 indicates a fault with the accelerator pedal position sensor 1 signal to high.

Code P1639 indicates a fault with the accelerator pedal position sensor 2 range/performance.

Since the accelerator pedal was replaced as well as the throttle body we can assume these are o.k.

Test these signals at the throttle sensor/accelerator senso with the key on and see if any of these signals are incorrect and let me know so we can continue.
