I have a 2002 cabrio that is not getting spark there is no juice to the red and black wire at the coil any clue what could happen i had to change the timing belt and head now not getting spark

do you have power at the black wire when the key is on? that is the hot wire for the coil

Yes the black and red strpied wire has no juice when you crank it that should be the trigger wire

ok most common issue is the crank sensor on the block near the oil filter. a scan test will be needed to verify this
