Hallo there, I have a vw caravelle tdi 2.5 128 kw. The rear aircon roof outlet has adjustable grills, but the one is stuck closed. The thumbwheel does not turn at all. How do I remove the roof assembly so that I can have a look at the back of the grill to see what the problem could be???Regards. Hein.
