i have a vw jetta 1.9tdiit does not starti found the alternater belt brokenchanged it change the batterynow it doesnt turn over at alltried to jump it and it donesnt turn over

Welcome to Just Answer!!!Ok there is a reason the alternator belt broke remove the belt again and check the pulleys more then likely one of the pulleys has seized and will not move stopping the engine from moving . i hope this helps.Please dont forget to provide positive feedback this is the only way i get compensated for my time and knowledge thank you !!

do you have power to the one pin connector on the starter solenoid while cranking ??
