Eurocar Inc : Hello there! I'm Eurocar ! I will try to assist you as much as I can. Quality research = Quality answer!!
Eurocar Inc : Are you setting the top down or up?
Customer : The roof is closing. Everything seems to be fine and the roof appears to close completeltely, but then a motor continues and appears to release a lock and then try and lock agin but this appears to fail and produce the error. I then cannot open the boot! I can close the windows though.
Eurocar Inc : I am sorry is the roof in the trunk or above your head
Customer : Above my head!
Eurocar Inc :

ok thanks

Eurocar Inc :

does the roof looks crooked?

Eurocar Inc :

if you try to open the roof does the trunk lid swing back at all?

Customer : All looks fine and yes the roof opens normally.
Eurocar Inc : Just curious was there any items in the do not block areas when the to is in the trunk?
