Ok has the fuel pump relay been checked?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I put my finger on the relay under the dash. It clicked twice when I turned the key on.

Try swapping that relay with another and see if it starts .
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I swapped relay with another from panel #100. The car did not start but I do have power to the plug and fuse. Where as before I did not.

Ok that means the old relay is bad and the fuel pump. Replacing the relay and fuel pump will take care of your issue. This is the next step. Hoped this helped. Positive feedback and bonuses greatly appreciated.
