2003 Passat VW engine 1.8T #1 cylinder misfires

This is most likely caused by a bad ignition coil you can swap coils with another cylinder and see if problem moves if so replace coil. If not verify there are no engine mechanical problems by doing a compression test and making sure #1 cylinder compression is the same as the rest if so swap a injector with another cylinder to see if problem moves if so replace injector. Let me know if you have questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks
