How do you change the starter in a 2001 4 cyliner Jetta 2.0?

How do you change the starter in a 2001 4 cyliner Jetta 2.0?

There's a 13mm nut up top on the starter bolt holding wiring above the starter, remove the wiring from the plastic holder,
Remove the lower 13mm nut holding the power steering line to the bottom of the starter, remove the small and large wire from the back of the starter, then remove the
two bolts that hold the starter to the transmission (either 16mm or 18mm) and then the starter comes right out.

Can I access from on top or do I have to access from underneith?

You get to the top bolt and nut from above and the bottom nut and bolt from the bottom.
