On a 2001 Jetta 1.8t, How do you change the oil Do I have

Resolved Question:

On a 2001 Jetta 1.8t, How do you change the oil? Do I have to remove anything to get to the oil filter? What type and kind of oil should I use?

There is usually a small plastic under body panel that covers the oil filter secured by 4 torx 25 bolts. volkswagen suggests conventional 5w-30 oil be used in this engine but I suggest synthetic oil of the same weight be used or at least a synthetic blend.
