Yes, a 2001 Jetta with OBDII codes P0418, P0037, P0445, P0261, P0267, P0270, and P0264 can set and be driven without causing damage to the car so long as the check engine light was NOT flashing which could cause severe damage to the catalyst. Also, so long as the vehicle did not stall and create an unsafe driving condition.

 

This situation could (and does) occur do to a failing fuel pump or main power supply relay.
