2002 Passat: VW..The fuse box diagram leaves a bit..blown

Resolved Question:

The cigarette lighter socket on my VW 2002 Passat has no power. The fuse box diagram leaves a bit to the imagination, so I need some guidance as to which fuse might be blown. As a follow-on question, if it isn''t the fuse, what might the issue be?
