06 S60 No voltage to high beam bulbs, right side bulb shows

Customer Question

06 S60 No voltage to high beam bulbs, right side bulb shows ground on both circuits. No hi beam indicator.
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: Cant find information on fuse location. My wiring diagram shows F23 for right lamp and F22 for left
JA: Are you fixing your S60 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have checked voltage at bulb sockets. No voltage on either side. Right side is grounded on both circuits. Can't locate fuses F22 and F23
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
