My Volvo s60 wipers start by themselves, no key in ignition seems to happen when dead lock engages
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
Customer: Wiper work as normal on the arms but turns on when igniton off
JA: What year is your S60?
Customer: 2002

The wipers will work even with the vehicle on correct and you can not park the wipers ?

Ok try this for me this will rule out the BCM.Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and reconnect it and see if the issue stops let me know.
