96 volvo 850 rides codes but monitors can not be erase(cat,egr,o2,evap,ho2...done tune up,new air pum...air intake hose..drove lots egr o2s..clears but comes right back after turn on..

I believe your vehicles computer is not getting the keep alive memory circuit power so each time started the computer is resetting. Lets first off check pin A10 red wire at the MFI control module. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------On your screen at the top you should see a rating 1-5 stars and a green submit button.
