Customer Question

My 2011 S40 t5 is completely dead. It took some work, but I go the driver door open with the valet key. I put the key in the igniton. Nothing. I jiggled the shifter. Nothing. Now the key is stuck and cannot be removed. I slammed the driver door five times, in case it was a curtain problem. No joy there. The battery was checked by my dealer and was in great shape merely three months ago. Any ideas as to why the car is so dead? Than you.
