Customer: Hey Enes, I have a 2008 XC90 3.2l has a cem-df14 CAN-L high speed network signal too low also has cem-e000 communication w/ control mod faulty signal no crank, no start

no technician reply since my first contact at 11:40am It's now 3:15pm and I think that's far too long to not have received a reply. Please refund my deposit and I will try to resolve the issue myself. Very poor customer service.
