The lights mean the ABS system has noted a fault and stored a code. About the only visible thing you can check is the sensor wires near the wheels. If all of them are intact then the system must be scanned for codes, Since there are so many things that can illuminate those lights, a code scan is the only way to start a repair. Most good independent shops will be able to scan that ABS system, or the dealer, of course.
