My Volvo xc90 2003 will shake like loosing power... it does it on and off ... not all the time.. resently have engine washed... i have a feeling that some water broke something... everything started right after I picket the car up from the carwash... the problem started going aways as the car was drying for two days but now we got some raining 3 days after and the issue is coming back... I dont know where to start now... need help.

Okay, well the best thing to do is to have the code(s) read, as there are many things that can cause the check engine light to come on.
If the engine was power washed, it's possible there is water in the spark plug wells or a damaged ignition coil.
Some Autozone locations will scan the car for free, you can go there and post the code(s) here and I can have a better idea. Volvo also has a new program called Volvo Service for Life, which gives the customer up to one hour of diagnostics for free for any warning light. Not all dealerships participate, but if your local dealer does, you can take it there for the codes and diagnosis with no obligation to repair the car there.

Thank you for your help I dont remember what was the code... but code said that engine coil 5 was damaged.. so replace the part and reset the code... car went back to normal now... thank you for your help..
