hi i have a xc90 t6 volvo it is leaking transmision fluid from front left hand side drive shaft boot closer to brake disc everytime i drive and stop or park it looses about a cup full and the boot is full of fluid

Hello and welcome to Justanswer.com my name isXXXXX a Certified Volvo Car Expert Mechanic.I'm going to try to help you find the help you need.The problem you describe it looks you have a bad drive axle the axle shaft has plug to stop trans fluid going in the axle now that plugs brakes the repair is to rePlacr that drive axle and flush the transmission fluid 3 x and change trans filter due to the a le grease got inside the trans and if you don't flush it trans fluid it can damage transmission Enes40818.3198474884
