Welcome to just answer. You will need to get into the area in there and check to see if the cable is binding on something. Do you know how to get inside of the door?

here is the procedure. If you do not have some of this. And if you dont feel comfortable after seeing this let me know. You have a couple of choices to save some money hereif needed. See a mobil tech or take to a autobody shop. The reason behind it is that this is not a mecahincal labor and you could save over 50% off labor by either one.

Special tools: (NNN) NNN-NNNNbr />
The following components are included in the door panel:
Door panel base.
Cover.
Armrest.
Front handle.
SIPS block.
Molding.
Handle.
Loudspeaker grille.

These components can be transferred to a new door panel.

Knock off the head of the plastic rivet with a drill bit or a chisel for example.

Preparations: Get out holders 945780 (5 mm diameter), screw 969464 and washer 955891.
The maximum required is 18 holders, 10 screws and 30 washers.

After removing the side panel assembly, the armrest, front handle and the upper loudspeaker grille must be replaced with new components.

Three different methods can be used for installation: Molten riveting. Screwed joint. Locking with holders. A combination of the above.

Method 1 = Molten riveting with heat, hot-air gun(NNN) NNN-NNNNand nozzle from kit(NNN) NNN-NNNNand tools to press with.

Method 2 = Screwed joint with screw 969464 and washer 955891. Use 2-3 washers at each point so that the screw does not penetrate the surface.

Method 3 = Locking with holders 945780.

Method 4 = Methods 1 and 3 combined.

Method 5 = Method 2 or 4 depending on whether the new or old components are being used.

The method to be used to secure the components is marked in the illustrations. In certain cases two methods can be used depending on whether the components are new or old.
Remember that there must not be any play after joining.
