Yes, The Nm, (newton meters) is. There is a converter that I use to make it foot pounds.
To convert foot-pounds (ft/lbs) to newton-meters (Nm), multiply by foot-pounds by 1.35.
Example: 47 ft/lbs X 1.35 = 63.45 Nm
