does the vehicle crank at all or any lights displayed
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
NO, it will not do anything, however I have lights, radio, horn. It just will not crank.
Expert:  Philip replied 7 years ago.
ok there could be two problems one is your starter terminal has contact resistance and looses connection, it the green and red wire going to your starter just reach down and disconnect it then just reconnect it, this should make the starting problem go away for a little while, or it may be an immobilizer problem as long as no messages are displayed when trying to crank check the wire
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Can you explain the immobilizer problem in more details? No messages are displayed.

Expert:  Philip replied 7 years ago.
if no messages are displayed than the immobilizer should be ok, check that starter terminal
