Ensure your phone or smart device is fully updated first.
Then go into your phone or smart device and go to Settings and go to Bluetooth and select the device and forget the device than delete Snapbridge.
Then reinstall Snapbridge and start all over again.
Turn the camera on and try to connect to the phone or smart device it should work ok.
