I have a d3400 and cannot get the Bluetooth on to use my SnapBridge
JA: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?
Customer: Nikon d3400 a week old brand-new
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing popped up I have tried to turn airplane mode on and off
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?

Ensure your phone or smart device is fully updated first.

Then go into your phone or smart device and go to Settings and go to Bluetooth and select the device and forget the device than delete Snapbridge.

Then reinstall Snapbridge and start all over again.

Turn the camera on and try to connect to the phone or smart device it should work ok.
