I'm trying to get my nikon d3400 to connect via bluetooth to

Customer Question

I'm trying to get my nikon d3400 to connect via bluetooth to my app to add the pictures to my phone. Ive been doing it the past week but now on the camera it won't let me turn bluetooth on. It says "the option is not available at current settings" but i haven't changed anything that I'm aware of
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Its a camera. Nikon D3400
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have only turned the camera on and off I don't know what else to try
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The camera isn't in airplane monde mode

this is still a problem with my camera

Go to your menu, setup, and reset your setup options. If that still won't connect to bluetooth, reset all settings from that same menu.

If you're still having trouble, delete Snapbridge from your phone, go to your bluetooth settings on your phone, and forget the camera. Now go to your bluetooth settings on your camera, and connect to smart device. Go to your bluetooth settings on your phone, and you should see your camera.

The problem seems to be with certain phones and Snapbridge. You're not the only one having this problem. Let me know how far you can get with these settings.
