On the camera press the menu button then go to the startup menu (wrench icon) and Network Connection to enable Bluetooth.

If that doesn't work, check that the camera is not in airplane mode.

I've done that already. It does not work. The Bluetooth icon is grey and will not allow me to change it.

Did you check that the camera is not in airplane mode?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
It's not on airplane mode. I also tried putting it on airplane mode then switching it back off airplane mode to see if that helped. I'm happy to do a full reset to out of the box and reset up everything but that isn't working either. I tried holding down the Q and +\- but it did nothing
Expert:  Pete replied 4 months ago.

If the quick button reset did nothing, can you manually choose the reset option in the Setup menu? To do this press 'Menu', select the Setup Menu and scroll through the options until you see the reset option.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I tried that before I tried the hard reset and it didn't work. Nothing was reset and I wasn't able to turn on my Bluetooth still.

Ok, I'm going to open this question up to the other experts to see if they have any further ideas...
