Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
What happens when you turn on the camera and connect it to the computer? Does it show anything different on the camera's screen and/or on the computer's screen?

Does it show the camera device (or camera's drive letter) in Computer or This PC (or in Finder for Mac)?

What's the model of your computer?
