Im trying to save my internal memory to a sd card, Panasonic

im trying to save my internal memory to a sd card
JA: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?
Customer: Panasonic dmc-fz70 not sure how old
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none i cant find the setting of playback
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?

The pictures that are on the internal memory need to be Copied to the Memory card. Please follow the instructions below.

First, set the Image Storage location to Internal Memory using the Menu explained below

Press Menu

Arrow down to Storage

Press OK

Select Internal Memory

Press OK

Leave the Menu

Next, Copy the pictures from the Internal Memory to the Memory Card With a memory card with space on it in the camera

Press the review button

Press the Menu button

Select Copy

Press OK

Select All

Press OK

Then change the Image Storage location back to Auto If you require additional information, please use the Reply to Expert Tab to contact me.
