Customer Question

Hi, is there a way to turn off Olympus auto import pmb when my camera is connected to my computer?
JA: Soon. I'm trying to find the right camera technician for you right now. As soon as they are ready, I will let you know.
Customer: Hello, anybody there?
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Olympus E PL2 Pen series
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: When I connect the camera to my computer, the PMB auto importer starts up trying to import my photos from the camera. I tried but have not found a setting for it not to do this.
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
