I have an all-in-one Kodak ESP-3, and I am trying to scan to a new computer (Dell). I press scan, but nothing happens.
JA: What's the make/model of your camera? How old is it?
Customer: It's not a camera. It's the scanner.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have verified that the printer is ready. I don't know how to troubleshoot for the scanner as I don't have a manual.
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?

It is indeed a scanner (and printer, etc.)

You have to install the proper driver, and make sure there is a good connection to the computer you are to scan onto, also.

Is the connection already established? does the Kodak machine print?
