My D7100 Nikon WILL NOT download Raw and jpeg photos
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: D7100 don't know how old it is
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I took it to the store where I bought the camera from and they could'nt figure it out.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just want to be able to do raw and JPEG photos.

Try a factory settings reset. (That option is usually at the bottom of the Setup menu in the camera's Settings menus and tabs.)

If that doesn't work, tell me:

Has the camera ever been able to download RAW ? how about JPEG, has that ever worked? or, is JPEG still working, but not RAW ? please clarify that aspect of the problem your camera is having.

How old is the camera? in months or years since you bought it.

Has the camera been dropped or otherwise subjected to mechanical shock(s) in its lifetime?

Has the camera been operated in or subjected to, temperatures below 32 degrees F (freezing point) or above about 100 degrees F ?

Has it ever been subjected to a humidity higher than 85 % or gotten wet ?

Has the camera been operated in a gritty or sandy environment, such as a beach, a seaside, a construction site, or the like?
