Okay thank you. Do you have the Canon software installed? Also, when you connect the camera, do you have it turned off?
If your computer has a media port, you can remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into the port on the computer and copy your photos directly. If not, we may need to look at reinstalling the Canon software.
