It seems existing memory card is failing or has got internal issue with its firmware/ software and should be formatted in camera to delete all files that will refresh the memory card as well and hopefully it will resolve the problem.
Please take back up of memory card/ copy all pictures on computer before formatting it. Please reply back with the result and if problem resolved then a positive rating to answer would be highly appreciated.

As I mentioned, a new card will verify the camera as well. If you get same error then camera has problem with memory card slot contacts and causing the error message.
If new memory card works fine then this/ existing memory card has problem, clean its shiny contacts and format it that will help to resolve the problem. Important thing is we need to confirm the camera with another memory card to figure out what is bad.
