Can you open the IJ Scan Utility program on your computer and scan with it, and see what happens?Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
OK. You can click on Start, then scroll down, then click on Canon Utilities if needed (you may have to click on All apps option first), then click on IJ Scan Utility, then click on Document or Picture to scan.
- Or you can click on the search icon / box at bottom left, then type IJ Scan Utility.

If you do not see the IJ Scan Utility program on computer, then click on the Canon website below:
, then there, click on Drivers, then download and install the item MG5700 series MP Drivers
- Once the installation is finished, then you should have the IJ Scan Utility program on your computer.
