the battery is new and it was charged and tried it and it works, it is full charged I already said that in my question

Has it been dropped or otherwise mishandled in its lifetime (dropping damage often takes a bit of time to fully show up or realize itself) ?

Was this failure to power On sudden, or was there some warning of it in advance ?

Probably your camera is broken.
