Customer Question

I have a Fujifilm X50 camera. I have a SanDisk SDHC Card ( 8 GB ) in the camera. When I try to see photos that I have taken over the past year I am getting a " NO IMAGE " screen. What has happened to over 800 photos ?? Bob Schorejs , email***@******.***.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: FUJIFILM XP 50 2 or 3 years old.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The only thing I remember doing was correcting the date/time. Somehow it went from 9-17-2016 to 1-4-2012 ' I changed the date/time to the current time which is 10-14-2016 @ 1:57 pm.
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I believe that is all I can tell you.
